Such
faculties as: Russian Literature, Foreign languages,Asian
languages Literature, correspondence faculty as well
have been working for many years. These faculties prepare
specialists of Russian, English, German, French, Arabic,
Persian, Turkish Uzbek languages.
Nowadays, there are 3 faculties in the Institute, working
constantly:
1.
Faculty of languages.
2. Faculty of English philology.
3. Faculty of Roman-German philology.
In 14 departments of these faculties students are taught
English, German, French, Arabic, Persian, Turkish &
Uzbek languages.
Nowadays about 1200 students study at the Institute.
There are World Languages Lyceum Language Center under
the Institute. The Institute has its own sports gymnasium,
swimming pool, massage room Sports Complex with its
sauna.
There is a library in the Institute, which has all techical
possibilities it consists of 241000 books, technics
department works there as well.
The Institute has its own Sports Health camp, which
accepts 300 students every year in two shifts.
There are 600-seat 2 hostels, 3 canteens, 2 cafes, shoe-shops,
drugstores & 2 photostudios are at the students'
disposal.
The Institute keeps constant relations with Institutions
of foreign countries:
Leypsig, Bonn Universities of Germany, Kiyzeb University,
Moscow State University, Kiev State University, Morez
Torez World Languages University. After gaining the
independence these relations have been more developed.
Firm relationships with embassies of USA, France, Germany,
Turkey & other countries, & also with Institutions
of Education have been established.
The Institute gets into contact with 1 Piece Corp of
America, Accels, Fund of Sores, in the branches of German
& French languages with DAAD, Ghoethe International
University, K. Adenauer Organization, Gumbold Organization,
Humanity education department of the Embassy of France
& other international organizations.
There are 4-storied 2 hostels for 600 students in the
Institute. 50-persons Health Complex, sewing & shoemaking
circles are at the students' disposal.
